You don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant.
Pet Policy
Landlord's may choose to accept pets or offer a pet free property. The Landlord also sets the pet fee amounts and can choose to offer refundable or non-refundable pet fee deposits.
Leasing Guarantee
Our Leasing Guarantee is that if your tenant does not fulfill one full year of their lease term, we will wave our tenant procurement fee and find the replacement tenant.
