Laura Seagraves
Broker
Laura is the Broker and Owner of MarketWise LLC, bringing decades of experience and a highly personalized approach to real estate and property management. Laura began working in the real estate industry in 1989 and is a second generation Broker. Licensed since 1994, she has built her career helping clients successfully navigate the Georgia real estate market through changing conditions, from growth cycles to economic shifts.
As an independent broker since 2002, Laura has developed extensive expertise across multiple areas of real estate, including residential marketing and sales, property management and rentals, commercial and residential contract negotiations, and 1031 exchange and investor transactions. Her work throughout the Lake Lanier area and North Georgia has given her a deep understanding of the local market and what it takes to protect and grow real estate investments.
Laura also has experience in farm rentals and commercial land assemblage, further expanding her ability to support a wide range of client needs. Known for her insight, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to service, she takes a thoughtful, hands-on approach with every property and client relationship.
A Navy veteran and dedicated Realtor, Laura brings discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility to everything she does. Her goal has always been simple: to provide honest guidance, exceptional service, and results that support her clients’ long term success.
