Will I have direct communication or go through a team?
You will have direct access to the Broker at all times. Communication is a priority, and you will never be routed through layers of staff or an answering service. -
How are tenants screened?
Tenants are carefully reviewed using a comprehensive process that includes credit, background, income, rental history, and overall qualification, not just a single score. -
How is rent collected and paid out to me?
Rent is collected through secure systems, and you receive your funds via direct deposit for a consistent and seamless experience. -
What happens if my property is vacant?
You are not charged during vacancy periods. The focus is on properly marketing and placing the right tenant rather than rushing the process. -
How is maintenance handled?
Maintenance is coordinated with trusted local contractors who provide quality work at fair pricing. There are no markups or contractor kickbacks, and should you wish, you can discuss your repair directly with the contractor. -
Can I use my own contractor or home warranty?
Yes. Owners are always welcome to use their preferred contractors or warranty companies if desired. -
Are there hidden fees or extra charges?
No. Many common fees are not charged, including advertising, inspections, copies, reports, and more. The approach is transparent and designed to support strong financial performance. -
What type of reporting will I receive?
You receive clear monthly statements along with access to a secure owner portal where you can view reports, documents, and financial activity at any time.
